What To Expect From Your Appointment

At your first appointment, your artist will guide you through the different brow techniques to help you choose the best option for your skin, lifestyle and desired look. Your brows will be carefully designed based on your bone structure, natural hair growth and personal preferences, ensuring they complement your face perfectly. You’ll have a chance to review and tweak the design before any tattooing begins.

Aftercare & Healing Process

For the first 14 days, you’ll need to avoid cardio, makeup, sun exposure and water on the brows. This ensures the pigment heals properly and your results last as long as possible. It’s easier than it sounds — your artist will give you simple, clear aftercare instructions.

Immediately after the procedure, your brows will appear darker for a few days. As they heal, they’ll lighten significantly. It’s completely normal for some areas to heal lighter or slightly patchy between your first appointment and your touch-up.

Is A Touch Up Needed?
Most clients return for a perfection visit between 4 and 8 weeks after the initial appointment. This session allows the artist to assess how your brows have healed and reinforce any areas that need it.

Whether you’ll need this depends on how your skin holds the pigment. Your artist will guide you based on how things look after the first session. If needed, there is a 190 dollar materials fee for brows or eyeliner touch-ups, or 250 dollars for lips.

In rare cases, clients may require an extra session due to skin conditions, certain health factors or aftercare.

Does It Hurt?

Most clients find the treatment very manageable. If you’re concerned about pain, you can order a prescription anaesthetic before your appointment.

How Long Does It Last?

Depending on the technique, your brows will typically last 18 months to 3 years before needing an annual touch-up. Longevity depends on your skin type, health, lifestyle and how well you care for them.

Deposits & Cancellations Policy

A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable but is applied towards your service on the day.
Because each booking reserves up to two hours with a master artist, the deposit holds your spot and helps prevent no-shows.

As a small business, we truly value your time and ask that you value ours.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
 

If you cancel within 48 hours, arrive late, or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited, and in some cases, you may be charged up to 100% of the full appointment fee. This covers the time and resources set aside exclusively for you.

These policies are in place so we can run fairly, respectfully and continue giving each client the time, care and attention they deserve.
